Custodian*24 Monitor
This entry level service involves using the Custodian*24 Monitoring Portal to monitor your IT infrastructure; see constantly updated information on the health of your IT systems as well as compile reports on your IT performance; and alert any anomalies to your own support staff for them to react on. Therefore ownership of the support of your IT Infrastructure remains with your business.
Pricing is based on the number of elements being monitored.
Custodian*24 React
This service can be purchased in addition to the Custodian*24 Monitor service and works in a very similar way to our Support Packs solution to give you extra peace of mind and ensure you have DBA experts available when you need them.
Custodian*24 alerts shall continue to be sent to your own support staff for them to react on; however in addition you can call on our support staff to resolve a system issue at any time giving you 24 by 7 coverage.
Pricing is based on multiples of five pre-purchased support issues.
Custodian*24 Resolve
This service can be purchased in addition to the Custodian*24 Monitor service and provides a fully proactive DBA support service during normal business hours, typically Monday – Friday between 08:30 – 17:30 (excluding bank holidays).
Key Features and Benefits of Custodian*24 Resolve
Custodian*24 Resolve is a flexible service which can be tailored to meet the needs of your business. However typically, in addition to access to the Custodian*24 Portal, Custodian*24 Resolve provides the following:
· All Custodian*24 alerts are directed to our support staff; as well as optionally to your own support staff; for us to react on during the hours of coverage. This will include:
o Take corrective action to fix the problem.
o Recover the system to normal state.
· Alerts shall continue to be sent to the configured destinations outside normal support hours but shall only be acted on by our support staff during the next working day.
· Single daily system check and weekly reports of all work undertaken. The check includes:
o System availability.
o Capacity Monitoring.
o Error Monitoring, analysis and management.
o System backup monitoring.
o System error monitoring.
o Corrective action for all supported elements is performed.
· Manage system state between support hours.
o Perform and monitor maintenance shutdowns.
o Carry out startups and perform system sanity checking.
· Monitor Operating System Capacity.
· Return the system to normal operating state after a system crash.
Custodian*24 Manage
This service can be purchased in addition to the Custodian*24 Monitor Service and provides a fully proactive 24 by 7 (including bank holidays) DBA support service.

Custodian*24 Manage is a flexible service which can be tailored to meet the needs of your business. However typically, in addition to access to the Custodian*24 Portal, Custodian*24 Manage provides the following:
· All Custodian*24 alerts are directed to our support staff; as well as optionally to your own support staff; for us to react on. This will include:

o Recover the system to normal state.
o Perform problem investigation and determination.
o Work to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future.
· Two comprehensive daily system checks.
· Weekly reports of all work undertaken.
